We would like to inform you that Telegram bots, groups, and accounts have been spotted online using our name, "Magnetic Exchange", in an attempt to defraud users by pretending to be our Customer Support and official Telegram bots.

Please exercise caution: these accounts are fake. We never use Telegram or any other messenger services for exchange transactions. If you want to get in touch with our Customer Support through Telegram, please only do so by contacting @magneticexchange .

Please note that all our exchange transactions are conducted exclusively through our website.
