Dear friends,

Please be informed that effective May 11, 2017, we are modifying the exchange rate fixing mechanism for all operations that involve cryptocurrency. The exchange rate will be fixed upon the first confirmation on our node when you sell, or the actual receipt of funds when you buy cryptocurrency.

This change, being a common practice in the industry, will allow us to offer you more favorable exchange rates.

The change will become effective on May 11, 2017. Please follow the notifications when submitting exchange requests.
